30-Day Return Policy
At Falour UK, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you're not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy.
1.RETURN PROCESS
To start a return, you can contact us at support@falour.co.uk. Upon approval of your return, a shipping label and instructions will be provided stipulating where to return the package. When you are willing to return the product, you are asked to follow these terms:
- Time Frame: Items can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.
- Condition of Items: Products must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
2. REFUNDS
Once we receive your returned product, you'll promptly receive a status update. Our team will then assess the product's eligibility for a refund. (Refunds are usually returned within 1-3 business days)
- If eligible, the refund amount will be promptly credited to your account using the same payment method you used for the order (e.g., UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking).
- The refunded amount will reflect in your financial account according to your banking source's terms. Unfortunately, if the product is not eligible for a refund, we regret to inform you that no amount will be issued.
3. SHIPPING
We would like to convey that the refund amount you receive will not include any shipping charges, and you will be solely responsible for all the shipping costs.
It means that while you are receiving a refund, you will receive the amount of the product with the exclusion of all shipping charges.
4. Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. EXCHANGES
We only exchange products that are damaged, wrong product, wrong size, or defective. If you need to exchange an item please contact us atsupport@falour.co.uk.
6. DAMAGED And Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately for a replacement or full refund.
7. NEVER ARRIVED
If the product has not been received for more than 30 days, please contact our support team:support@falour.co.uk, we will give you a full refund (sometimes due to the epidemic, the delivery time will be extended), or return your order 10% of the amount as compensation.

Policy Details and Exclusions
- Please note that products must be returned in the original packaging and will not affect the second sale. So, all products must be returned with all original manuals, registration cards, accessories, boxes, outer cartons and packing materials. If a product is returned damaged or with missing items, we reserve the right to assess a restocking fee up to the full value of the purchase, depending on the items damaged or missing.
- Once a return has been authorized and return instructions provided to the customer, the items must be send back within 2 weeks.
- Additional shipping charges due to customer special delivery requests (next-day delivery, international delivery, etc.) are not refundable.
- The first day of the 30-day return period is the day the customer receives item(s). You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item if over 30 days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
